Yes. All Presidents after John Adams lived in the White House, HOWEVER, President Truman moved out while the White House during repairs and renovation. Including the Truman Balcony.

Using an atomic bomb on the enemy knowing full well of its destructive power and radiation that could harm not just soldiers but civilians was not the right decision. Winning the war without using atomic bombs would have been a true victory!
