This skin disease is hereditary so someone in his family had it. It could go way back to his great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather. He may have just been unlucky and caught it. He began to see the white spots around the mid 70's when he first began to use makeup to cover it up. He tried to do this for as long as possible but he began turning white very fast, until finally he underwent some sort of treatment for it.

∙ 11y agoYes he did. The reason why there aren't any spots on his body, which vitiligo causes, is because he went through the depigmentation treatment. It kills the rest of the skin cells that cause the brown blotches, so you can be a solid color. This was the best option for Michael, because in 1984-1988 he had to wear full body makeup to even out his skin tone. That was when his vitiligo was at it's worst. Jackson's autopsy confirmed that he had vitiligo.

∙ 12y agoPossibly, he shows quite alot of signs of it, you can check on some sites for the real pictures showing blotches on his skin, but I sure hope that he doesn't have it. But even if he does, this PROVES he is Michael Jackson's son!
