The Beatles were breaking up as the Jackson 5 were first becoming famous. Jackson never performed or recorded with the Beatles. He recorded "The Girl Is Mine" and "Say Say Say" with Paul McCartney, more than ten years after the Beatles broke up.
It's a matter of opinion, to some he is, some will prefer The Beatles or think someone else is better then both.
Matter of opinion, but Michael has done so much more:
Most Successful Music Video Ever - Thriller
Greatest Concert Tour Ever - Dangerous
Most Successful Artist Ever - MJ
Best Selling Album Ever - Thriller
Best Selling MultiDisc Album Ever - HIStory
Most Number 1's From a Male Artist in Hot 100 - MJ
Most Number 1's From One Album - Bad
Best Dancer in Music - MJ
Music's First Billionaire - MJ
Most Awards And Achievements From Any Artist Ever - MJ
Greatest Artist of All Time - The King Of Popular Music
Yes, at one point in time. They recorded two songs together called "Say Say Say" for Paul's album London Town and "The Girl is Mine" for Michael's Thriller album.
He was eleven years old (though early press releases claimed he was two years younger) when they broke up, and had not begun writing songs. So no.
Yes! He even worked with Paul McCartney on some of his songs, like say say say, and the girl is mine! But those are all of the songs i know that Paul worked on with Michael.

No Michael Jackson has no claim to the beatles in anyway.
I love Michael and I like Elvis but The Beatles were just incredible, their music is simply amazing, their influence on pop culture is still being felt even today, so yeah The Beatles are the best. i respect beatles but Michael Jackson is the best and no one could be like him.........so Michael is the best the beatles i believe :) MJ and Elvis are still really good though

Michael Jackson is worth $400 million in estate from his records, The Beatles catalog, and from sony.

Michael Jackson personally does not own any songs because he is dead, but his estate owns all of the the songs recorded by Michael Jackson and all of the beatles songs before the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album.
The beatles sold more: Look at Wikipedia; US record sales etc The Beatles have sold more music than any other artist.
He did a cover of the song, it was originally by The Beatles.
