Actually there is one cousin that I know of. She was a nun and when Robin was sick he went to her for medical attention. She bled him which was erroneously believe to be a valid medical procedure in those days and she is therefore blamed to have contributed to his death.

Robin's illness is not named; in my novel The Robin Hood Chronicles I assume that it was the Black Death, which killed hundreds of people in England in 1348.
