St. Christopher is a saint of legend and may have never existed. Since so little is known about him he was removed from the Calendar of Saints several years back. We have no record of any family he may have had but are quite certain he had a mother and father.
In 1969 Rome looked at many of the ancient saints and some were removed from the Calendar of Saints for various reasons. Some were removed and had their cult suppressed because their was little evidence that they actually existed. St. Barbara of Nicomedia is an example. Others were removed because, while their existence was not questionable, there was little information about them verifying they led a saintly life on earth. Their cults were not suppressed and veneration is still allowed. St. Valentine of Rome is an example. St. Christopher was removed as Rome felt that, while he probably did exist, he was not an ancient part of the Western tradition and was more a saint of the Eastern Church. His cult is still allowed, however. We do not know if he had a family.
Being removed from the Calendar of Saints is not always permanent. In 1969 St. Catherine of Alexandria was dropped from the Calendar. In 2002 she was restored when more information about her surfaced.
The Catholic Church now recognises that Saint Christopher was very likely a purely mythological figure, and as such recently removed from the official list of recognised saints. Naturally he did not have a real family.
Virtually nothing is known about Saint Christopher, including his family status.
