According to official continuity Batman has never married anyone, Although he does have romantic feelings for some characters within his universe, not to mention his two kids, Damian with Talia and Helena with Selena Kyle (Although this was written out of official continuity). There are some instances within the Elseworlds and alternative universes in which he is married. Such as in the Golden Age when Batman was married to Batwoman. Within the DC Animated Universe he does get married (The New Batman Adventures Episode 22 "Chemistry") although this was only for a short time and was reveled to be part of a criminal plot. The Animated Universe also had Bruce engaged to Andrea Beaumont as shown via flashbacks within the movie Mask of the Phantasm.
