No.
The character Corinne Fisher played by Monica Potter is not real and did not exist in real life.
The character was loosely based on a real life friend of Adams who was murdered. In the film the character's gender was changed from male to female and aspects of their relationship were added based on his first wife (who was not killed). Movies which portray real life with accuracy would be labeled as documentaries. Anything which claims only to be 'inspired by' is generally not accurate. Many aspects of this film are not accurate to the people who inspired it.

Yes, the Harry Potter books don't really describe any violence.
No, Daveo Falaveo is the brother of Justin Taylor, the character played by Randy Harrison in the tv-series Queer As Folk.
No. It's a fiction school in the Harry Potter series.
Cedric Diggory has a fairly big role! He beats Harry to the snitch in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of azkaban in the Gryffindor vs Hufflepuff quidditch match. In Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire Cedric is champion as well as Harry. They also meet at Stoatshead hill to get the the portkey. Harry and Cedric battle for the cup in the third task and Cedric gets killed by Wormtail on Lord Voldermort's orders. Cedric is mentioned in the following books. In the movies Cedric Diggory is played by Robert Pattinson.
Curious Black is not a character in the series. Sirius Black, however, is a character. Sirius died in the fifth book Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Harry Potter is a fictional character, he doesn't exist in real life. If you mean the actor who played him, Daniel Radcliffe then no, he didn't know magic because the type of magic in Harry Potter doesn't exist in real life.
Pansy parkinson's not really a major character, but the actress for the character changed.
He is finishing the last Harry potter (Harry potter 7 part 2) and is in How To Succeed In Business without Really Trying, a musical play on broadway. He is the main character, Finch.
I don't think any of the seven books mention a favorite music of Harry Potter. Note that since Harry Potter is a fictional character, there is really no way to ask him.
Every actor who played the character is the closest there will be to him existing in this world.
There's always pottermore, but it's not very exciting and you don't really get to customize your own character.
He is only a fictional character, so not in real life. However, in the Harry Potter series, he does die.
Hagrid is supposed to be 8'6"...so now Robbie Coltrane is not as tall as Hagrid. Although he is 6'1".
