Yes...as a Freemason it's known that many of them stood against slavery and the killing of the Jews during WW2. Also, on a historical note,white Mason's were considered clandestine because during the revolutionary war, the US was separated from the crown and the English Monarchy granted charters to open Masonic Lodges. Well, the throne disavowed the white Mason's and granted a Charter to Prince Hall in hopes of getting blacks to fight in the revolutionary war so as to change the tide. The Brits used freemasonry to curry favor from the blacks as they had already begun to remove themselves from participating in the slavery of Africans.
