People were actively working on television in 1914 but the first working television was tested privately in 1923 by John Logie Baird, a Scotsman living in England. He gave his first public demonstration in 1925.

Technically, yes. Mechanical television was invented in 1894 but was not practical or put into commercial use. It was not until the mid-1920's before the first electronic signal was broadcast. And it was not until after the invention of the multichannel receiver in 1948 that a practical commercial application of TV could be use.

Whilst I agree that there were TVs, in the titanic incident I highly doubt they actually had connection, moreover, Titanic probably didn't actually have TVs onboard.
