Disagreements with colleagues should be resolved as quickly as possible. Otherwise, the entire office will be tense and it will be a poor working environment. In these situations, always be the bigger person and apologize first so that the argument ends quickly.

Try to talk to them and resolve the conflict, if you are in the wrong then atmit it rather don't blame them if they are in the wrong, rather tell him?her subtley, this way you will get if off your chest, but it is also less likely to start another fight. If this doesn't work them wright them a letter and explain the situation you are in and how you feel (still admitting and telling). if they are still refusing to make peace then speak to another coworker and see if they will speak to the conflict coworker. If there is still conflict then leave it to sort itself out, chances are that they will come to you, don't get angry with them at not accepting you, rather let it be and accept him/her and the peace.

give me a scenario nthat tells about a conflict with your co-worker and you handled it

One of your co-workers is originally from Saudi Arabia. You like him, and the two of you work well together. However, he stands so close when you speak with him that it makes you very uncomfortable. Do you tell him of your discomfort, or do you try to cover it up ?

Firstly, establish in your own mind that you have a genuine disagreement. If you you do then discuss with your coworker what the solution is. If you feel that there is no genuine dispute, you should ignore the coworker and rise above what could be their problem.

If a person has a conflict with a coworker, they should try to settle the disagreement outside of work. Coworkers can also talk with the HR Department to have someone mediate the situation.
