Muslims are obligated to love all prophets and not to differentiate between anyone of them and no one has the priority over the other. Muslims are obligated to love all mankind, to treat people well, and to respect other people no matter what their religion is. Islam is the closest religion to Christianity, and prophet Muhammad's teachings are very simmilar to Prophet Jesus teachings. WE HAVE ONLY ONE ENEMY, WHICH IS THE WESTERN MEDIA THAT DISTURBED OUR IMAGE AND MADE US ALL TERRORISTS.

Hate is a very strong word. Presumably some Orthodox Christians hate Muslims, but undoubtedly very many do not.

Orthodox Christians do not hate Muslims as an article of faith or belief, but enmities exist on a national or regional basis since many of the states of the Orthodox Christian World have been on the border and at war with the States of the Islamic World, especially the Ottoman Empire. This creates hatred that faults along national lines and because of the connection people make between religion and the state in that part of the world, there is some Orthodox Christian hatred of Muslims.
