Yes they do, on the last episode Rachel wants to go to Paris for her new job and Ross tries to stop her and drives to the wrong airport. Rachel gets on the plane but then realises she loves Ross and gets off. Then when they're hugging and crying they say. "No more stupid stuff, now it's us, together, forever, OK?" and Ross says "Unless we're on a break" Then he looks embarassed and they both start laughing.
And although we dont find out if they get married my guess is that they do just because it seems as though they will.

∙ 11y agoNo. First time it got canceled because Quinn got in a car crash on her way there. In the finale Finn tells Rachel to go to NY to follow her dreams while he goes into the army.

In a few weeks, an episode called 'Born This Way' will be released in the UK, showing Finn's relationship with Quinn getting stronger. i think they will at wilmas wedding they will see each other but jesse might be in the mix with a mystery girl for finn but im finchel all the way no matter what. Just a note to this answer - Wilma aren't getting married this season according to Murphy. So if they do finally get together then, we may be waiting a while! I'm hopeful for a reunion but will not watch a season of them pining for each other. I'm over that.
