No they don't expire the only exception is the old pound, shilling and pence (£sd) values which have no postal validity now. You can use decimal currency stamps of any age as long as the postage is correct for the class of mail you used.

No - they do not expire. No US stamps issued since 1865 have been been devalued. The only exception are the special delivery stamps which paid for service no

longer offered. Air mail stamps are good for any purpose. Some stamps can't be used for certain things. The non-denominated stamps cannot be used on international mail.

Not in most cases. In the US, Special Delivery stamps are no longer used for special delivery, but you can still use them for postage. When a country has a major change, they will sometimes devalue their postage and issue new stamps. The last time the US did it was the Civil War.

Can you still use lady liberty and us flag stamps?

I have not quite sure what you mean by "Lady Liberty stamp", but except for some pre Civil War stamps, all unused US stamps are still good for postage at the price they sold for ( no adjustment for inflation.) The one exception is the new "forever " stamp which sell for current the first class rate, but automatically jumps in value when rates go up.
