no they do not they only eat worms and fish sometimes. if they did then worms will be over populated and there will be no buttiful butterflys or moths. only because there is about 2,500 ducks and there is about 3,500 cattipillars

Despite this, I would not recommend giving ducks cat food on a regular basis. Cat food contains ingredients that is intended for cats only. Feed ducks what is meant for them. You can buy duck feed at most farm stores such as an Agway or Blue Seal store. Ducks will also greatly appreciate fresh vegetables such as spinach, carrots, corn, and lettuce.
