You get a Riolu egg after helping Riley at Iron Island
Because iron is much more dense.
you get it from Riley from iron island ,from Jesse and Ryan Termaat
You can only get riolu from riley in iron island=egg
There are a few other sources for iron, besides ores. Iron is recyclable, so scrap iron is a good source. In addition, there are meteors that are composed of iron and nickel, which provide a small source of the metal that does not have to be refined from ore. (It's a small source on Earth, much larger in the asteroid belt.)

It will digest "properly" unless it has been consumed along with milk to tea/coffee (which all inhibit iron absorption). You may be referring to the fact that iron in an egg is not "haem" iron - a kind of iron which is easier for the human body to synthesise. Haem iron is the kind of iron found in meat, which is more easily utilized by the body. (Although it may appear that meat is more difficult to digest than an egg, the iron it meat is more easily absorbed).
