Do coupons have an expiration date in a legal sense?
It doesn't have a experation date because it's just a peice of paper. All coupons have expiration dates on them, but that is for bookkeepping and accounting reasons for that particular company. The company needs to have a general idea that at some point in time, the little discount in price given by the coupon will expire. HOWEVER, many stores will continue to honor out of date coupons, so don't automatically throw those old coupons out,; they may still get you a few cents off. Bed Bath and Beyond will honor all its out of date coupons.

Answer . This doesn't even deserve an answer, but not one day after it expires.. It depends on the store where you shop. You need to ask, some stores take all expired coupons, some take up to 6 months after expiration date and some don't budge. .
No Rights For Expired Gift Card . You don't have any legal rights when the voucher becomes expired, you are out of luck.
Totally not classy! unless you are sure both of you cant afford it. Have them pay for half, (go dutch)
I believe you will find a caveat in the fine print of many coupons that says "Redeemable at participating dealers" or something similar. This would indicate that not all dealers are necessarily participating in the promotion. The reason for this is that, in some cases at least, the dealer is required to buy a certain quantity of stock to qualify, so smaller dealers may opt out.

A marriage license is required to have a valid marriage and is usually the first step in getting married is for the couple to apply for a license at the clerk/recorder for their county. This can be done live or online. Then the couple must appear at the clerk's office to pick up the license, or if the couple had applied in person, the license can be sent by mail. If the license has expired before getting married then you need to get a new one.

yes it can be by adopting and improving the methods of saving a thing...; by keeping food at a cold place. by adding some preservatives in it as done in pickle..
Most stores do not accept expired coupons as per their policy, however some stores will accept coupons slighlty past expiration date. There are two reasons for this, first of all, most manufacurer coupons will still scan for a few days and even up to a week or two past expiration before "beeping" so a lot of stores will not even notice. Secondly, most stores will turn in their coupons weekly so if a coupon expired on a Tuesday and they dont turn in coupons until the following Monday then they may still accept it through Monday. Each store is going to be different, so the best thing to do is just ask when you shop. As far as competitor coupons, the stores that I know of are Harris Teeter and Publix. I don't know of any others. I use www.afullcup.com to look at my favorite stores ads early and I use their shopping list feature to put my list togeather, pull my coupons and shop. It makes it so easy. Plus there is a great forum, blog and coupon database avaiable all in one place!
Actually no. Most essential oils get better with age. Some are even aged 5-10 years before they are sold. As long as they are kept away from direct sunlight and kept out of extended heat, they will last forever. In fact, King Tutankhamen's tomb contained essential oils that were still in great shape 2,000 years after being placed there.

If the Notary's appointment was valid at the the time they witnessed the signature, it remains valid even after the Notary's commission expires. HOWEVER, if the Notary's commission was expired at the time they "witnessed" it, it is not a valid notarization. Another Perspective An expired notary may affect the legality of the document. A legal document with an expired notary can be challenged. In some cases, the expired date is a typographical error and an affidavit can be executed by the notary stating the correct expiration date and that their license was in effect at the time of the signing. If possible, you should contact the notary to notarize the document again with a valid expiration date or, if that's not possible, have the document executed again with a valid notary seal. If the document cannot be corrected and its validity is challenged then it is up to a court to determine whether the expired notary seal will invalidate the document. State laws vary. In some states statutory provisions will "cure" a recorded instrument with an expired notary after a certain time period has passed.
A legal decision that is rendered against you means you lost some legal case, either in whole or in part. That could mean a money judgment was entered against you, or you were found guilty of a criminal or "quasi-criminal" prosecution.

If you have a coupon that expires Jul 31st, you are allowed to use it on Jul 31st, but not Aug 1st. This can also depend on your stores policy.
If you are referring to coupons similar to what are printed in the newspaper or distributed by stores - you can sell them to anyone who may want to buy them. EXCEPTION: If a coupon (for something of value) was intended for a particular person or usage, and is marked "non-transferrable," generally those become worthless to anyone except those for whom they were meant. Selling those would amount to intentional deception or FRAUD.
