It is perfectly reasonable to say that Goats and Sheep bleat, in English. They appear to make other sounds in other languages. As do chickens, cats, cows and dogs...Each language appears to have a different sound coming from domestic, that is, from barnyard animals; frequently, the sound is totally incomprehensible to another language speaker. Recently, observations have suggested that cattle, i.e., bovine, also have dialects associated with the area of the county in which they live. More research is needed.

Rabbits only scream when they're in pain. They don't scream on a normal basis. If your rabbit is screaming, take it to the vet ASAP.

They both are known to "bleat", however, if you listen closely a sheep will make a "Bah" sound while a goat will make a "Mah" sound.
