No. European honeybees permenantly lose their stinger after stinging a victim, and the bee dies. The Africanized honeybee (the "killer bee") does not lose its stinger and can sting multiple times.

A honey bee's sting is barbed. If when she stings she can't get the sting out it will get ripped out of the end of her abdomen. She will then die from her injuries.

If a bee can fly away complete with her sting, she will survive to sting again.
