No. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) is against arranged marriages and asks it's members not to participate in them, even in nations where they are a common part of the culture, such as India. Mormons believe that marriage is an eternal commitment - a personal decision that should not be taken lightly and that should not be done just to please parents or friends.

The Hebrews were very into arranged marriage but I don't know of any MODERN religions that are into arranged marriages. They silly if you ask me...
