Think of a toddler dancing in the aisle of a church at a wedding. They do not see that their behaviour is inappropriate and embarassing to their parent, they are not aware that everyone is their own person, everyone is just an extention of THEIR world, and think of how they ask their mums to make people go away or want to be centre of attention when friends call around. They have temper tantrums, steal other kids tricycles when they go for a drink and refuse to get off and ride off into the "sunset" smirking with their tongue hanging out.
And now think of them grabbing a kitten by the neck and swinging it around , teasing it, poking it, smacking it and and throwing it against the wall and all the family rushing and saying Nooo. That's a narcissist. They do not have the ability to see you as an individual who has feelings and are independent of them, you are an extention of them, they have no empathy or really caring ability. They only care about what they want at that time and will discard, poke and kick, smack anyone who gets in their way and throw them against the wall when they are done without thought nor care. When people are adults out there like that, it's scary. But they are out there.
I've never heard that even being suggested and I know of no research that points that way.
it all depends on how the person was brought up, it could take years but many people tend to calm their gooffyness around 13-16 yrs of age yeah sounds right. Some are mature at 12 , some at 35, and some never grow into mature ,responsible grown-ups. It's a very individual thing.
GMO's tend to improve on efficiency as far as growth, rate of gain/growth and how fast they grow and mature is concerned. GMOs enable plants and animals to grow faster and bigger so that more people can be fed sooner.
That their roots tend to be fibrous and that they mature to a lower height are reasons why shrubs grow before trees.Specifically, shrubs tend to have fibrous roots that grow closer to the surface and that work their way into air and moisture pore spaces in the soil. This permits shrubs to access available moisture and nutrients shortly after their entry into the soil. This means that shrubs tend to access what they need for growth before trees do. Additionally, shrubs have lower requirements in terms of mature size. Shrub heights below 30 feet (9.14 meters) are reached sooner than those above that level, which is the bottom range in mature sizes for trees.

Foals tend to be "all legs" when they're newborn until they reach a year old, and are noticeably distinctly out of porportion compared to a mature horse. They tend to change in body-to-legs porportionally, so that the body becomes longer, deeper, and wider as they get get closer to maturity. They also seem to grow a more longer neck as they get older, the muzzle gets longer, and the mane and tails fill in more.
