Yes, paintballs will always hurt, if you cannot feel them under your clothes, you are technically cheating.

Although it hurts to get hit with a paintball, you can't wear extra padding because the point is for the paintball to break. Experienced players feel the paintball much less because they are accustomed to the pain. If your adrenaline is pumping really fast during the game, you are likely to not feel the shot too much.

No it won't hurt, but wearing that armor will slow you down and the slower you are the more you will be shot. Armor only protects your chest and sometimes your back. If your a good player you shouldn't be exposing that much of your body long enough to be shot and should have no need for the armor. I am the captain of the Bullit Paintball Team and have never seen a real need for the body armor. Being shot doesn't hurt, unless it's the back of your leg (which armor doesn't cover anyway). It's best not to spend the money on the armor and put it into upgrading your gun.

Paintballs will always hurt, but an added layer of protective clothing will reduce the sting roughly a fifth or so. With only a thin shirt, paintballs at an average distance sting as much as a thick rubber band snap to the back of the neck. If you wear too much however you will overheat and be very slow moving, which will get you shot more often. It also should be noted that "armor" or specifically padded clothing is looked down upon by most players, and may cause then to shoot more intensely at someone wearing it.

Would a paintball hurt a 13 year old boy who takes hard skateboard falls each day?

Yes paintballs will hurt. All guns will hurt about as much as a thick rubber band snap on the back of the neck, but wherever you get hit. If you can handle large scrapes and bruises, then you will defiantly be able to handle paintballs, which do not break the skin (if chronographed correctly) and hurt for less time.

Why do paintballs hurt so much?

Because paintballs are coming at you at around 204mph. Something with a hard shell and liquid fill will sting on the impact spot with the equivalent pain of a thick rubber band snap to the back of the neck.

What paint balls hurt the least?

There are no brands that hurt less then others. However, paintballs tend to harden up as they age. A hard older paintball is less "squishy" than a fresh new one and will hurt more when it hits.

Does airsoft or paintball hurt more?

Yes they do! They work great and are perfect for snap shooting and the like, however it is reccomended to Chrony no higher than 220 FPS. They are heavier than regular paintballs and they do not break open so there is a lot more energy when they hit the target.

Is there antifreeze in recseries paintballs?

There is no antifreeze in any paintballs. Trying to freeze paintballs will ruin their structural integrity, causing them to become brittle shelled, and overly viscus in the center.

Why are monster paintballs bad?

Monster paintballs are considered the worst paintballs because they not only stain clothes, but they do not break easily, causing the shooter to not get a hit, and the receiver to be in a lot of pain.
