Hello,
Yes,,, pawn shops do pawn TV's. However most pawn shops today will only buy, sell and loan on digital TV's, which is basically all TV's made within the last 6 to 7 years. This will, in most cases, rule out tube TV's, although there are digital tube TV's that were made, but they will not be worth much. Basically TV's are much like computers in that they are constantly evolving so the value of TV's, older to newer as well as size, will vary. Most pawn shops will buy, sell and loan on all digital TV"s though.

I'm going to offer a bit more insight here. When you want to pawn a TV one thing that I've found of interest is that most pawn shops will decline a TV which does not have a remote control. Seemed like an odd rule to me when I first bought a pawn shop. But, really, who has a TV without a remote? Generally the only ones that come in without a remote are stolen. So, if you are trying to pawn a TV -- don't forget the remote. The TV will look stolen a bit more stolen unless you have the remote. It also helps to have the stand or the wall mounting bracket.

It probably depends on the pawnshop. Grab your phonebook and call around to ask the different ones in your area. Someone will probably take it but I wouldn't expect top dollar if I were you.
While it depends on the shop owners, normally pawn shops don't buy items they can't sell. Because no one wants a broken PSP, a pawn shop is unlikely to purchase one from a seller.
Lots of appliance places sell refurbished tv's nowadays. Best Buy sells them. Rent-A-Center sells them too. Furniture Fair also sells them. And as do many pawn shops.
No they don't. They need to resell the item, and why would they buy something broken to resell? Hope that helped.

Although each pawn shop is different, most pawn shops will buy anything of value.
Yes
Gun stores, pawn shops.
Mostly all of them.
Pawn shops will buy, or loan money on, just about anything they think they can resell. The smartest thing to do is call up local pawn shops and see if they will take them. Pawn shops are not known for giving good value on purchased items. If you don't need an immediate "fix" of money, you might do better on something like Ebay.
Motorcylce shops, pawn shops, out of the classifieds in the newspaper, and off of the internet.
