Initially I had no idea whether people in Guatemala use a TV or Radio
or not. Given that there's still a lot of poverty there:
It shows that:
about 10% own a TV
about 6% own a radio
only 1% own a computer
only about 0.6% have internet access.
Guatemala's Literacy rate = 63%, which is remarkably high for a poor nation;
compare that to parts of Los Angeles, Calif, where the literacy rate is quite low, I would guess it's about 40% to 50%, because of all the immigrants in L.A.
so more people can no about them if the don't own a TV then they will here about the new deals quickly through the radio
Radio was used and speeches. This was a time before TV and radio or a newspaper were the only media available.
Electronics mostly. Machines, your tv, your computer, your radio, etc.
they used TV and they also used the radio they had no cell phones
Germans use television, radio, internet, and people to disseminate ideas.
They did not have TVs in world war 2 but they did use the radio
by radio television
AM radio, FM radio, television, cellphones, GPS, and microwave ovens all use radio waves that are longer than the ones used for RADAR.
radio
Radio waves are used to transmit signals from a radio station, and you can receive the signals with a radio, and hear them as sound such as speech or music. The long wavelength of radio waves makes them a suitable medium for transmitting over a large range. it is also use in agriculture...... it is used to diagnose different diseases
TV
Radio allows you to use your imagination more than television does. TV gives you audio and visual; radio giving you only the audio allows your mind to create the visual.
