Yes, they will eat each other, especially if you don't feed them regularly. When they are tadpoles, no need to worry. But when they get their legs, they become complete carnivores and will nutty and eat each other, that is, if you don't feed them. Even if you put meat in there, there is a small chance that the tadpoles won't eat each other. If you REALLY want both tadpoles to live, you should probably separate them.
