To fall pregnant while on the pill you would need to miss a pill (or two) to allow ovulation and then have intercourse. Since sperm can live in your body for up to 3-5 days, having unprotected sex in the days following a missed pill is very bad. I would not say that you have a "good" chance in falling pregnant by missing one pill every now and then. There is a "slight" chance you could fall pregnant. Remember that most pills these days stop pregnancies in TWO ways: Firstly by stopping the egg from being released, and secondly by not allowing it to implant in the uterus. Therefore you are partly protected. To me it sounds like you are deliberately trying to fall pregnant - is this entrapment? It is never a nice thing to do.
If you have unprotected sex for a year, you have a 20 percent chance of getting pregnant during each cycle.
There is a 50% chance that you are pregnant if your fiancee and you had unprotected sex, you are not on birth control and he did not pull out. If this happened twice, it is 50% likely that you are pregnant but the only way you will know for sure is by taking a pregnancy test.
You could get on birth control, use condoms, use spermicide, use a diaphram, not have unprotected sex EVER unless u are ready for a kid. Those are your best bets.
there is always a chance of getting pregnant while on birth control. birth controll just lowers your chance of getting pregnant but doesnt prevent it totally. i have 4 kids and got pregnant twice on birth control.
No method of birth control is 100% effective.
Even if you're on the pill doesn't mean you won't get pregnant! But yes if you had unprotected sex and forgot to take the pill or even late then there's a very good chance you're pregnant! Take a test and make sure!
its around an 85% chance that you could be pregnant becasue birth control is only 81-99% effective. so check anyways.
you technically can but the chances are negligible If your using birth control you chances of getting pregnant are statistically 0.1%. using a condom properly 98.1% protection considering a 50% pregnancy rate from unprotected sex means a 0.8% chance of getting pregnant Meaning using both you have a .0008% chance of getting pregnant or 1/1250000 This is a rough statistic and includes the chances of condoms breaking. If your using both it is very unlikely to become pregnant, however sex always carries that risk no matter how careful you are. Its part of the reason why over 100,000 people a day have an abortion.
If you take your pill at the same time every day you significantly limit your chance of getting pregnant.
Whether if you use birth control or any other contraceptive, there is always the chance you can get pregnant. Of course, protection greatly lowers the chance of getting pregnant.
yes its a 50 50 chance
You can not be pregnant if you have your period at all. However, if you have missed a week of your birth control pills you do have the chance of becoming pregnant if you have unprotected sex.
