yes. i have had anxiety disorders roughly 5 times in my life. and am currently going through it again. but because ive had this before i know what to expect. i asume you probably don't no what to do with your self at the moment so i will say some things to try and help. the nature of going through anxiety means that you are problem in a worse case senario state of mind and feel scared all the time, completely unable to feel confortable, lost the ability to feel secure and safe, not nowing what to do with yourself, possibly thinking that something is severely wrong with you, that you might die or a simple headache is a tumour, will i feel like this forever, other people don't understand and cant comprehend how i feel and im all alone. ect

1. remember you are not alone, 60% of people have been through anxiety (whether weak or strong) in their lifes, and their are people ouut there who no and have experianced what you are going through

2. remember it does not last forever, i promise you this, even if it has been going on for months and you wonder 'will this ever end' it will.

3. if you have'NT yet speak to your doctor, he may recomend speaking to a counselor/psychologist/psychotherapist. he may also give you medication (ssri antidepressants have been a miracle for me in the past. the unfortinate thing is they can make you feel a little worse for the first week and it may take 3 - 4 weeks to feel the benefits but believe me they work and have cured me in the past, even when i thought it was not possible. also tranquilizers like Valium wich i would only recomend if your anxiety has started to question if living is even worth it and are considering suicide because they can cause many problems later on. if you are against medication there are over ways

4. relieve yourself of stress as much as you can because stress is the main cause of anxiety and may slow down the healing process or make it worse, try relaxation methods, anything like mediatation, try to think of calm things (if possible)

5. a few things to speed up the healing process: no caffiene, balanced diet, eat healthy, exercise as much as possible (exercising releases your bodies own nutural anti anxieties) and more exercise more sleep (sleep repairs and heals anxiety)

6. a list of remedies and supplements good for nerve/neuron brain healing and release the chemicals in your brain that relieve anxiety: B vitamin supplements, omega 3 supplements, st johns wort, valerian root, H-htp (careful using this with st johns wort),

7. list of good foods to eat for healing anxiety: fruit in general, bananas, fish (omega 3), foods high in protein. protein contains amino acids, 1 of them being l-tryptophan which is what turns into seretonin (a chemical in your brain that makes you happy and cures anxiety). milk, cheese, eggs, and chicken and turkey are high in l-tryptophan.

i cant think of anything else but i really hope this helps.. i no anxiety is an insufferable, terrifing, crippling thing to go through but it wont last forever, in time you will be fine and you will look back on it feeling great about yourself as you've been to hell and back and now your fine. do make sure you seek help if you havent, you need to talk to someone about it... good luck
