if you are cut off with the phone, you can still get the internet
-if you are using it you have to pay for it threw an internet service provider but that is usually up to say 30 odd £ $ a month and that it you don't pay for anything else unless its the phone calls themself,
if you have no phone line, cut off from makeing phone call or the internet on you're landline then no, unless you owe them money
broadband is always on which mean you get on instantly do not have to go though the old dial up process to get connected.
Yes, you do if you go on the Internet on a phone unless you have a plan that gives it to you Internet for free.

No, it's not. However, you can get the Internet on the phone. You will have to pay extra on the bill, just like every other phone that has Internet.
If its a contract then yes you will have to pay for the use of 4G I think but I'm not entirely sure
BBM is free once you buy the phone. It's the internet that you would have to pay for.
No call plan or internet plan you get with Pay as you go. If you need then you need phone with contract deals.
