is it 4 cly or v6? if it is a v6 you can take the fan off, or pull the radiator out.4cyl I'm pretty sure you got to pull the fan off.
Drain the radiator. Remove the fan and fan shroud if needed. Remove the pump belt. Unbolt the pump and remove it. Install the new pump. Reinstall the belt, fan and fan shroud. Refill the system with new coolant.
On the exhaust line just behind the area where the 2 manifolds become one but before the catalytic converter. Should have a shroud around it.
How do you remove the fan shroud on a 2004 get envoy
You need to remove the upper hose and then the fan shroud on the upper half. The fan clutch is then held on with 4 bolts. Remove these and the fan will slide out from the engine. You might need to loosen the belt so you can turn the fan and get to all 4 bolts. With the unit removed you can then remove and replace the fan on the clutch assy. Reinstall in the reverse order.
Remove the upper fan shroud, then the fan blade. Remove the P/S pulley with the proper tool, then remove bolts and reverse to re-install.
Drain the radiator and dispose of the coolant as its toxic to animals. Remove the pump belt, shroud, and fan. unbolt and remove the pump then install the new one. Reinstall the fan, shroud, and belt, then fill the system with fresh coolant.
The radiator is held in by a couple screws. Just loosen the fan shroud (4 screws), remove your hoses and lines, and lift it out.

To remove the radiator do the following. 1. drain the radiator. 2. remove both the upper and lower raditator hoses from the radiator. 3. disconnect the automatic transmission lines 4. unbolt the retaining screws for the fan shroud. ***** (see note below ) 5. lift up on the shroud and move shroud towards the engine ( it is generally not nessisary to totally remove the shroud ) 6. lift radiator out. To reinstall or install new radiator reverse the ( start at #6 thru #1 ) order and remember you're reattaching NOT removing. **** Note: Be sure the bottom of the shroud remounts into the holding garments in the cross member so the shroud is secured in place.
Drain down the radiator using a large clean drain pan. Remove top half of fan shroud. Remove accessory drive belt. Remove fan assembly. Remove water pump pulley. Remove lower half of fan shroud. Remove water pump. Clean gasket surface area. Install in reverse order. Not knowing what engine you have this is a general answer.
remove the top fin then remove the two 8mm bolts then remove the support brackets on radiator lean it forward pull strait up on the shroud the remove the fan with the pneumatic tool finally remove the 15mm bolts holding the shroud to the engine
