No you don't REALLY need one but its best since you really don't want to wake up with termites all over you!!! the thing is its a new house and you really don't know TONS about it so i WOULD recommend it. : )
* I would really recommend doing an ordinary termite inspection before you plan to do anything if your house. Sometimes it can be extremely dangerous to try and acquire or sell a property with a house on it, especially if you realize that you are living in a termite infestation areas in the country. Many people claim that these termite inspections cost a lot, however, you better regard it as a pure investment in your future activities rather than a waste of money.
You decide, but as it was written above, a termite inspection is something extremely useful. So do it, better late than never!

It's hard to say if the PS Vita is worth buying unless you are the one buying it. I am a 50 year old grandmother so to me, it wouldn't be worth buying. If you really want a new game system and you have researched the value of the PS Vita and still want it, then it is worth buying for you.

There are some warranties on New vehicles, that are not offered through the used vhicles.

No. Definitely not. This is not only not a covered cause but is actually specifically excluded. This is a maintenance issue really from lack of termite treatment.
