∙ 13y agoIn my opinion Torchwood is better but the main difference between them is that Torchwood is designed for an older audience and Dr Who is meant to be for families. Alternatively there is The Sarah Jane Adventures which follows the life of Ex-Dr Who companion Sarah Jane, her adopted son Luke and his friends and this show is more for the younger audience.
