The Book of Judith is a deuterocanonical book, included in the Septuagint and in the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Christian Old Testament of the Bible, but excluded… by Jews and Protestants.
I used to be an Over The Road company driver, pulling 53 foot dry vans.. I worked for 33 cents a mile, which should have worked out to be about $33,000 per year.. But in rea…lity, I had more "down time" than I expected (weather, mechanical problems, and usually just that the dispatcher had to scrounge around for a load going out of the same city I'd just unloaded in).. So I didn't run the 100,000 miles per year I'd hoped, but it was close.. Now, in 2009, I think company drivers get paid 40 cents a mile. Maybe 45.. So I'd say you can earn $35K to $45K per year as a company driver, using THEIR truck.. If you lease or buy your own rig, you'll get more than twice the per-mile-rate but you'll have much more expenses and responsibilities to worry about.. If you pull doubles, triples, tankers, or flatbed trailers, or refrigerated trailers, you might earn a little more than those who pull dry vans.
A list of all of them would'nt fit in this box
If you accepted the terms of deviantart do you have to do anything else to submit stories do you have to pay anything or send anything to a certain side?
To my knowledge, no, you shouldn't. to submit text, click on Submit, name your story, choose a category for it, and then click the Add Text button. then choose a .txt file tha…t has your story written in it. it should give you a small loading sign while it uploads the text to deviantArt. i believe once you do that, you can choose a pic to go at the top of it as a kind of Book Cover. once you're done, write your comments on it, add keywords, Deviation Options...etc, and hit submit. voila! your text should be submitted now.
Payment options depend on the specific seller. Read the item listing for payment details.
It's not a matter of paying to get accepted into the University of Phoenix. Like most other schools there is an application process with a small fee. I would check site guide…toonlineschools which have more detailed information on University of Phoenix and other accredited online colleges.
Yes they accept it. You can pay via paypal.
In The Bible
No. All of the classic Disney movies are based on old fairy tales ("Snow White", "Cinderella", "Little Mermaid" and novels ("Pinocchio", "Bambi", "The Fox and the Hound").
The first president. Well, he offered to. George Washington was a wealthy planter (his net worth wasequivalent to roughly half a billion 2010 dollars), and didn'treally NEED …a salary; he could have easily lived off the incomefrom his farms. He actually told Congress that he would prefer thatthey simply cover his expenses as President, but for severalreasons they decided it would be better to just give him a salaryinstead (it turns out this was brilliant: most presidents have beenpretty rich, but if they had to support themselves, the positionwould be limited to ONLY the very rich, since they'd be the onlypeople who could afford to take what amounts to a 4-year unpaidvacation). Herbert Hoover wasn't as rich as Washington, but still prettywell-off (he was a mining engineer who had made a small fortune, maybe 75 million 2010 dollars). He gave at least a third of hissalary to charity ... anonymously ... and used his own fortune formany things during his presidency as well. This is not quite thesame thing as "not accepting pay", but it's close. John F. Kennedy was even richer than Washington, and certainly didn't need a salary. He gave his away tocharity (again, not quite the same thing, but Kennedy gave his awayin its entirety, and I can't find evidence that Hoover went quitethat far).
