They kiss on the ending of ''Phineas and Ferb Across the 2nd Dimension'' which will premiere on August 5th. But, they will all forget about it because they use a an amnesia-nator to forget all about the whole day because they were going to take Perry away if they didn't do it ,so that's a Bummer :(

β 12y agoUnfortunately, no. Isabella has a crush on Phineas, but he does not realise that she does have a crush on them. The only couple that kiss on it is Jeremy and Candace in the episode "Summer belongs to You".

Actully yes now as on the new phineas and ferb the movie 2dimetion
phineas and ferb and the crew find out about perry (their pet platerpus) being a secret agent and major monogram at the end has to wipe their memories from that day so isabella decides that is the perfect time so she kisses him and then phineas tells karl to hold on by saying "wait,wait,wait" but it was too late.
