No. Because you have to complete the quests with the Brotherhood. And if you're on bad terms, you cannot have the Power Amour training. :)

no even if you install the goty edition of fallout the disc will still be needed to play them.

Yes there is a Fallout 3 Game of the year Addition, for the ps3 it is 20 or 30 Dollars at GameStop, you may have a hard time finding it, I had to look for quit some time for my copy. Hope that helped and have fun Fallout 3 is my all time favorite RPG and is a still great game.

Minecraft is a good game, and if you are creative then you can play it for hours. However, Fallout 3 is an AMAZING game, and it's re-playability is the longest for any linear game I've ever played. I've sunk over 100 hours in Fallout 3 and still continue playing all the mods and DLC.
