I think someone who looks decent and is making a decent effort to lose weight to be healthy would be appreciated. Bill likes girls that look cute, you can be overweight and cute. Bill probably just has not met any girl that was overweight that he was interested in. Bill believes in love at first sight, and when he sees the girl he will like her. If she happens to be overweight than so be it. *shrugs*
