NO IT DOES NOT GET RID OF POISON IVY! i have been getting poison ivy every year at least once a year and every time i try calimine lotion and it does not work because when it drys it irritates the poison ivy and makes it about 10 x more itchy! DO NOT USE CALIMINE LOTION FOR YOUR POISON IVY INFECTION!

Poisen ivy is a very annoying rash that you can get very easy. And i am going to tell you guys a couple of methods you could use. 1.) one method that i usally use is put bleach on the area of the rash it dries out tue poisen ivy (you can also use rubbing alchaole). 2.belive it or not you could use a bannana peel just rub in on the infected area. 3. You can also use spray deodrant containing aluminiam. 4.try vinegar a little faster working but it stings for a couple of seconds. 5. Taking a warm shower and or bath could releive the itching for a period of time. 6.
