It does but you need to drink ALLOT of water and not to much alcohol especially considering the low level of alcohol urine tests are looking for...

I'm not sure how much water, how little alcohol or how much time it will take as all these factors depend on each other, and your weight and tolerance to alcohol...

If you need to do a urine sample for alcohol and your not sure if the alcohol is still in your urine, the best thing (of coarse) is to not drink alcohol until after your test...

yes, if given an ample amount of time from when you last smoked until your drug test date, it can. ALSO remember to work out and sweat alot, this also helps pass the THC through your system as well. However, if you are a frequent smoker, it will take longer for THC to exit your body.

No. The breath test checks what you exhale from your lungs. Water never goes into your lungs, so it won't have any kind of contact with the alcohol you are breathing out and so won't do anything to alter a breath test. If it did, I doubt many people would fail one or that they would be used by law enforcement if they could be fooled by such an abundant substance as water.
