Does your faith teach that God is love? If so, why would God oppose love between faithful persons? If God is One, then God is the same regardless of the religious tradition by which one approaches God. God is greater than any single faith. God is big enough to embrace interfaith marriages.
I don't recommend them.
Catholics and Jews
Perform interfaith marriages.
Arranged marriages leave no scope for interfaith marriages so that means a particular religion propagates through progeny and the numbers are maintained
Yes, but not all Reform rabbis perform them.
I think they are, because neither family feels "snubbed."
It's hard to say. I just know that interfaith marriages have more problems.
Yes, however, interfaith marriages are not permitted by Orthodox, Conservative, and some Reform authorities.
Yes!!As long as you do not argue about religion it will work! When you find that special person, you found that special person! No matter what faith!
Depends on where you live in most democratic countries you can get married in court. But in some countries interfaith marriages are illegal
God knows.
Interfaith and spirituality is going beyond fanaticism in one religion. It is going beyond blind belief in your scripture, it is trying to accept the best practices of different religions and different faiths. And realizing that God doesn't belong to a religion, God is beyond religion. Religion is man-made. God is supreme, God is omnipresent, God is the Divine Spirit, the Soul, the Atman that lives within. Therefore, we don't have to change our religion, but if we believe in interfaith and we have taken the best of all different believes and faiths, we will evolve on the path of spirituality, which is the university that helps us graduate to Self-realization and God-realization.
