No. It doesn't, not normally at least.

I live there, and it occasionally has snowed for a few days in February etc. But I don't think this is what you call snow.

Are you joking? It always snows in Glasgow and Edinbugh. I'm not entirely sure about Edinburgh but it always snows in Glasgow, mostly in the December/January period.

It snows almost every Christmas in Edinburgh, I live there and right now there is a t least 4 inches of snow outside.

As someone who lives 30 miles from Edinburgh. I would say its more likely to be just above freezing and raining. However the Scottish weather is very unpredictable. In November we can have a day of bright sunshine, followed by a foot of snow. Expect the unexpected and pack your waterproofs.

It snows a lot in winter in some parts of Scotland, so there would often be snow in Scotland at Christmas.
