Neutrogena does not test on animals. However Johnson Johnson their parents company does. But do keep mind that some people do use baby soap on their puppies. I know my vet and my dog groomer did tell me to use baby shampoo on my puppy.
Fortunately they do not test on animals :D but... their parent company Johnson & Johnson do test on animals
YES! NEUTROGENA DOES TEST ON THEM. JOHNSON & JOHNSON, Which is the company that owns Neutrogena, TESTS ON ANIMALS. SO DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM JOHNSON & JOHNSON. WRONG. Neutrogena is a cruelty-free company, but their patent company (Johnson & Johnson) is not. Johnson and Johnson only obtains a SMALL percentage of the profits from Neutrogena, but none of those profits adhere to animal-testing.
