Ya as long as you don't eat for 2 to 3 hours before you sleep Calories are lost whilst sleeping, however it is not enough to lose weight on its own, you would have to stop eating, which is obviously not a good thing. However, lots of sleep combined with a healthy diet and exercise with help weight loss.
