Any Incense is bad for you Respiratory System as it contains benzene, toluene, xylene's, aldehyde's and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons which are said to be harmful to Human Health. Anything which burns is a factor for Cancer causing Chemicals and other diseases such as Emphysema and Asthma.
There are alternatives for using incense such as Oils and Granules which are used in a Oil Burner, They are safe because they do not produce any Smoke which means the air wont be polluted with the chemicals that are found in Incense smoke, You can also use Pot Puri or fresh flowers if you wish.
