The member states are as follows:Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Mauritius and the Seychelles are both Indian ocean islands on the East of Madagascar.
North Africa generally refers to all African countries north of the Sahara desert and this includes Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt and Libya
