According to this recent study, it depends a lot on the kind of sport the athlete did, and whether they took performance enhancing drugs. But the 'moral' apprears to be that exercise is good for you, as is good nutrition etc...no great surprises there!

∙ 14y agoYes it does if you don't exercise you will be a big floppy lump of fat with no muscle and no protection against illnesses plus,none will go near you because you will not look attractive and you would probably stink of Body Oder because you will become to fat and lazy to keep clean!So exercise or become a unhealthy fatso which stinks and looks ugly.
