What would you like to do?
It is fine to take the two drugs together. I just called a pharmacist because I wanted to do the same thing.

A guarded Yes. Skelaxin (Metaxalone) and Naproxyn serve different functions. Metaxalone is a muscle relaxant and Naproxyn is an anti-inflamatory. What's more, their phar…mokinetics are significantly different, so interaction problems are not overtly likely. I have not been able to find any direct synergy or contraindication between these two drugs. I would assume that these two medications can be taken in conjunction, at the proper dosages, with no ill effects derrived from an interaction. That said, these are both prescription medications and, while neither is especially dangerous if adminstered correctly under a doctor's care, this question should be properly addressed to a medical doctor. Note that I do not offer this as medical advice, nor do I represent myself to be a healthcare professional.
It's recommended not to because the effects on a fetus is unknown. Ask your doctor if you feel you are in need and he can weigh the risk against your comfort.
can you take skelaxin at the same time you are taking tramadol
can i take skelaxin and celebrex together
Can you take valium 2mg and skelaxin 800 mg together> Becky
The short answer is: maybe. Hydrocodone is a narcotic-type analgesic. Skelaxin is a muscle relaxer. The concern with combining the two products is additive side effects. Both …agents can cause drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, and a risk of falling. A young, otherwise healthy patient would likely be able to tolerate the drug combination. A frail, elderly patient with a considerable slip-and-fall risk may not. As these are both prescription drugs, you should only take them together if specifically recommended by a prescriber familiar with your individual medical history. AM, Pharm. D., R.Ph.
yes, of course. you can take anything you like.
Yes, though they both can cause drowsiness. Therefore, you might want to see how the combination effects you before decide to drive or operate machinery.
Yes, they will not interact, but they may make you sleepy.
Yes, one is a prescription muscle relaxer and one is an herbal sleep/relaxant.
Ask your doc to be sure but I am on subutex and it does not have the pain-blocker naloxone in it so it should be fine to take them together, I have before.
one is a muscle relaxer and one is an anti anxiety drug best to try them in the daytime first incase they suppress your breathing
