No. I have been on the pill for 5 years and it has not increased my bust size. A friend of mine started taking the pill (she is 19) and her breast size increased from a 34A to a 36C. She swears it is from the pill because she was done growing for some time by then. ..Actually, same as above, my friend went on the pill and her size increased to a C from an A without putting on weight anywhere else. She had also not grown for a while either.
