Not exactly. What most people think of as germs are bacteria that infect larger organisms. Some of these bacteria can be destroyed by other bacteria, but this is more like a human being shooting another human being. However, there are even smaller things that cause disease, like viruses. Bacteria can be infected by viruses, so in a sense: yes, germs can get germs.

Yes, they do. If they did not, they would remain stationary and wouldn't spread. They don't move between hosts however may move within their hosts. Hosts themselves carry them around between each other.

When you mean germs, I am thinknig that you are talknig about bacteria, not viruses. Bacteria are unicellular organisms and they help break down matter. Viruses are considered non living reproducing bags, they lack a nucleus making them not a complete cell.
