Yes they do Johnny, as a matter of fact, just before Mr. Potter the Postmaster General retired, he took a 800,000 dollar bonus, following that bonus, we, the letter carriers, received a letter for Mr. Potter: stating that we needed to do more, i.e. deliver a couple of extra blocks of mail, and for no bonus, see Mr. Potter got the bonus for the idea, and we got sore legs.
