The skin is the human body's biggest organ. It makes up approximately 20% of its entire weight and has a total area of about 2 square meters.
The skin on an average adult covers about 22 square feet. Of a person's body weight the skin accounts for approximately 15 percent.
From what I learned from those quick little random facts in the corner of my agenda books, it is the largest and heaviest organ of the body and it's approximately 16% of your total body weight.

well on a baby it is a 58'/. of skin at least and on a kid it is 89'/. and on a adult that is fully grown is 100'/.
The best way to lose weight all over without the excess skin is to not lose too quickly. Your body can adjust to the weight loss if it is slow and consistant. I have also heard that taking a good multi vitamin will help your body with the weight loss and keep your skin healthy.
