I got the think and lose program over a month ago i have been faithful to listen to it before i go 2 bed everynight except a few. I go to sleep and wake up more restful than i ever have in my life. I am a grill manager and I am around food all day but gone are the cravings and desires for food. I can turn down anthing and not at all feel cheated, however, if i want it i will eat it just in a small portion and be totally satisfied. go. Gone are the days of emotional eating or comfort eating i am set free of this bondage i began the program at over 400 pounds and i am losing slowley but it does not matter i will never be fat again. i know this hats off to Don
