No Scouting organization has more than 12 points in their version of the Scout Law. However some trainers have told new scoutmasters to 'remember the 13 point of the scout law...a scout is an adolescent.'
This mentoring is done to help the scouter remember to nurture rather than rebuke.

A Cub Scout is a boy who is enrolled in a Cub Scout Pack. Cub Scouts is a branch of the Boy Scouts of America that is made up of boys in 1st Grade to 5th Grade.
